I have wagered on millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was 16. I have gambled on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of funds at blackjack. The casinos have made it almost impossible to beat the game.
I still like the game and gamble on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have bet on a variation of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the idea that blackjack appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I don’t win again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I lower the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had awesome streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a couple of years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this technique! And a number of weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must understand that you can give up a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be astonished at the runs you see betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar wager
Bet 5 dollar
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid to you, leave the initial 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of 20 dollar
Bet $20
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet
Bet twenty dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager 40 dollar
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet
Wager $40
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Wager 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you departed at this point you would be up $315 !!
It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
