I have enjoyed countless of hands of twenty-one. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have bet on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. With all that said I have still spent a lot of bankroll at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the game.
I still enjoy the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This method is centered on the fact that chemin de fer appears to be a match of runs. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I bet with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original value.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your bets go up very fast. Before you know it you are gambling $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Paris a couple of years back with $750 after 20 minutes using this tactic! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You must understand that you can say good-bye to a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the runs you see wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you kept winning at a five dollar table.
Bet $5
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the initial $5 bet
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the original 10 dollar wager
Wager ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total wager of $20
Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid to you, leave the first $20 bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total wager of forty dollar
Wager $40
Take $40 paid-out to you, leave the initial $40 wager
Wager 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid to you for a total wager of $80
Wager 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the original eighty dollar bet
Wager eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $160 bet
If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s difficult to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
